Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build, grow and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
- Strong communication and Upselling skills through product and market knowledge.
- Inventory and in store brand display management.
- Focused delivery on Customer Care and Service levels.
- Deliver on the Greenmouse key performance promise – quality, service and value
Skill Set needs:
- Computer and sales administrative skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analysis & Problem Solving skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- 5+ years of experience in sales with 1+ years of experience in the industry
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
- Valid driver’s licence with own vehicle
- Own cell phone
- Own laptop

Remuneration:
Starting at R15 000.00 + 5% commission
